If you’ve been following this blog, you know that I write in English. But my professional work is largely rooted in the German-speaking market — Berlin, Germany, and the broader DACH region — so I’ve built a dedicated German-language site.
What is it?
Frequentist.de is my professional homepage as a Business Intelligence & Analytics freelancer based in Berlin. It lays out what I do, how I think about analytics, and who I typically work with. The site is written entirely in German, aimed at companies in the DACH region looking for hands-on BI expertise.
What’s on it
The site covers six service areas:
KPI Systems & Metric Design
Defining metrics that actually reflect business performance, not just ones that are easy to track.
Business Dashboards & Reports
SQL-driven dashboards, cleanly structured, without unnecessary overhead.
Forecasting & Planning
Projecting cashflow, revenue, and costs with explicit uncertainty modeling.
Experiments & Causal Analysis
Designing and evaluating. experiments to answer the real question: does this actually work?
Analytics & Data Engineering
ETL/ELT pipelines and reproducible data workflows.
Decision Support
Translating analytical findings into concrete, actionable recommendations.
Who it’s for
The typical clients I expect to gain through frequentist.de are mid-sized companies, startups, and agencies in Berlin and the DACH region — either building internal data capabilities from scratch or professionalizing existing BI structures.
