I’m Aleksei. I build Power BI dashboards with forecasting and causal analysis built in, and the data engineering underneath them. I work with the data, find the story behind it, and turn it into something people can use. See a few examples.
If you run a consultancy , I can step in when your team is busy and a client needs the work done.
I can step into an existing project without changing how your team works. You keep the client relationship and project ownership; I provide the extra BI capacity when you need it.
For larger projects, I manage the end-to-end production pipelines across Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Why work with me
Outside Germany that means a standard reverse-charge invoice. A German business, not a UK contractor. I work through my VAT-registered business in Berlin (VAT ID DE464155455), making it a simple cross-border B2B arrangement.
No subcontracting, ever. Every deliverable is my own work. You’re not buying a name and receiving whoever was free that week.
Fifteen years running my own companies before this, so you don’t spend time explaining the commercial context or writing a spec.
I take work end to end. One person accountable, and no time lost coordinating between specialists.

Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 GDPR. In connection with business correspondence, Aleksei Prishchepo, Freiberufler, Berlin, as controller (address and contact details in the Impressum and Section 1 of the Privacy Policy), processes business contact data, namely name, business email address, job title and employing organisation, together with the content of any correspondence, for the purpose of initiating and maintaining business relations concerning freelance BI and analytics services, on the basis of the legitimate interest in direct business-to-business marketing (Article 6(1)(f) and Recital 47 GDPR) and, where a contract is negotiated, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The sources of the data are set out in Section 2(e); data are disclosed only to processors bound under Article 28 GDPR, including a CRM provider, as listed in Section 3, with transfers to the United States safeguarded as described in Section 4, and are retained only while a legitimate interest subsists (Section 5). You have the rights under Articles 15 to 18, 20 and 77 GDPR (Section 6) and, pursuant to Article 21(2) GDPR, the right to object at any time to processing for direct marketing purposes, which may be exercised informally by replying to any email received; following an objection, only your email address is kept, on a suppression list, to ensure that no further correspondence is sent. No automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR takes place.
